Cultural Variations in Education

Through Voyant's textual visualization tools such as the word cloud and trends graph, we are able to see frequencies of words that appear on the top ranking (Singapore) and bottom ranking (Philippines) countries' Mission for Education web page. This may give us an idea of how each country conveys their mission, values, and goals for education to their audience and how it compares to that of other countries. 

While frequent words that appear on the Philippines Education mission page are "accessibility," "agency," "better," and "shift," frequent words that appear on the Singapore Education mission page include "future," "polytechnic" (an insitution for higher education), "careers," and "achieve."
